Coach Munch: I am a retired U.S. Navy Command Master Chief

With 31 years military service and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, concentrating in coaching and mentoring. My advanced degree and experience give me the ability to help leaders and their teams become a cohesive unit advancing the common good of the organization through coaching, training, mentoring, and consulting.

It is and has been my desire to serve small businesses and organizations to see leaders and their employee teams succeed and thrive.I truly get joyful satisfaction being a part of teams as they learn to come together as a unit, and not just a bunch of workers who come and go with no sense of loyalty.

Over the years of service to others it has been my aspiration to see leaders and their teams succeed. Whether it’s as a military leader mentoring or business coaching, I find joy in helping people succeed.

With a combination of consulting, mentoring, and coaching I am able to help you the business owner or team leader see the benefits of leadership and team cohesion.
